IT BEGINS! The generous support of our Kickstarter Backers and BackerKit Late Pledgers unlocked a set of Wild Faction Terrain that we want YOU to help us design by vote.

A Quick Note About Charging Cards for Priority Group #1

Hey all--
I forgot to mention this yesterday in my big update, so I'm back with another note!
Today I am parsing through the BackerKit database and triple checking that all Dice Bags and Rulebook Stretch Goals are removed from carts, as well as separating all folks with outstanding help tickets from the population of folks with clear orders.
Once I complete that process, folks with cleared orders can expect to see their charges come through within the next 24 hours.

I have a quick rundown for you on what is going on at HQ in regard to the BackerKit today, now that the Late Pledge Store is closed and completed surveys are locked. Let's go over the latest:
EXTRA MILE STRETCH GOALS
Folks, you all showed up HARD for some Stretch Goals in the BackerKit and we are so excited to now make the following items a reality:

If you ordered a Rivenstone Faction Dice Bag or Rivenstone Official Rulebook (items that did not unlock), don't worry. These items have been removed from your order and you will not be charged for them.
HELP TICKETS
If you sent in a help ticket via email or Discord that has not been addressed yet, please note that we will not be charging your card until it is resolved. We apologize for the delay in response times as we have unfortunately fallen a bit behind on email in particular recently. The demands put on the team during the Dungeon Delvers fulfillment in the last few weeks has meant focusing on help tickets related to orders imminently leaving the fulfillment center. Now that these have been mostly resolved, we will be able to work through remaining requests this week and make sure you get the attention you need.
Any delay in locking your survey due to our ticket back-up will not affect your order's delivery, and you will remain as part of the priority delivery group.
If this applies to you, your patience is greatly appreciated and we look forward to helping you resolve any issues with your order as soon as possible! 🙏
KS PLEDGES AND LATE PLEDGES NOW LOCKED = PRIORITY GROUP #1
For those of you who completed their survey or got their Late Pledge order in by the BackerKit's close last night, you are now part of what we are calling "Priority Group #1". Our goal is to ship rewards to Priority Group #1 first through our fulfillment center partner, followed by Priority Group #2 which is comprised of any folks late to fill out their survey or have order issues that must be resolved on the customer's end before completing the transaction.
Please note that while it is likely our team will be able to deliver KS Pledges to campaign backers before the general public has access to buy Rivenstone products, we can't guarantee it. Our team wants to be clear that there may be limited instances in which some items featured in the Rivenstone KS campaign may be available to purchase for full retail cost at events like conventions, or given away for promotional purposes. We will make sure to communicate such occurrences to you all ahead of time, so that we're all on the same page.
MISSED THE SURVEY SUBMISSION DEADLINE?
Don't worry! You can still submit your survey and add any of the available add-ons you've had your eye on. Please complete your survey as soon as you can to secure your order and avoid delays to your shipment. If you need additional assistance, please email us at [email protected] for help. Hello friends!
First and foremost, I'd like to say thanks again to all of you for your incredible support and passion for our first ever published game. It's been an incredible experience to watch this community continue to grow on the word of so many wonderfully passionate folks since the Kickstarter campaign's close. Our team members that went to GenCon have been chatting non-stop about all the incredibly cool and positive interactions they had with those of you who came to visit us at the booth. Y'all were the highlight of an awesome trip! ❤️
Those of us who stayed at HQ put in a lot of hours to wrap up fulfillment of our previous Kickstarter for Dungeon Delvers as well as keeping Rivenstone production on a roll. We're also actively planning out some of the upcoming Rivenstone community events we want to launch to keep us all entertained between the closing of the Late Pledge period and the delivery of rewards. NEW B.A.S.H. STORES ADDED TO SURVEY
If you filled out your survey and didn't find a conveniently located store to pick up your pledge from, we recommend you look again! Since we were able to separate shipping fees until time of delivery through BackerKit, we've been able to continue adding new stores to the program all over the world.

I am thrilled to report that many of the Extra Mile Stretch Goal items we added into the BackerKit have unlocked thanks to the support of our kick-ass community. Extra sets of Rivenstone Dice, a whole new set of Alternate Hero Sculpts, and even a Community Designed Wild Terrain Pack (more details on that event coming soon) are all now bound for production!
The neoprene battle mats are a particularly runaway hit, with more than 300 sold in total between the two introductory designs--Shattered Fields and Jagged Downs. Due to the success of these mats, we now have the extra budget to reduce the minimum order number required for the remaining Extra Mile Stretch Goals to be produced:

We've been hearing from many folks in the community that they're planning on spearheading their local meta for Rivenstone, and we want to design a program to help support folks like you! We're putting together an email list of individuals who might be interested in helping us get more people playing Rivenstone prior to the full retail launch. Sound like your kind of thing? IT'S BACK: NAME THE MACHINE VOL. II CONFIRMED!
After having such a fun time running our first SioCast machine naming competition for Dungeon Delvers, we figured we needed our new Rivenstone fans to name our second machine that is currently nameless!
We'll post detailed instructions once the competition goes live, but here's the basics:

Stage 1 - Name Submissions: Submit a name for consideration in the community voting stage. Our team at HQ will review all the submissions and pick our favorite 16 names to kick off the competition. The top 16 name submissions will receive a free mini as a prize!

Stage 2 - Community Voting: It starts with 8 Head-To-Head matchups, and you'll get to vote for your favorite in each. The winning submissions advance to the next stage where they are matched with a new competitor, so on, and so forth.

Stage 3 - The Finale: The winner of the final showdown will have their name emblazoned on the SioCast machine for all time, as well as a box of Broken Anvil merch to commemorate their victory!
